Gone with the Wind
If you've seen the movie you've really only got part of the story. GWTW was my first experience with an EPIC novel. I read it for the first time in the late 80's or early 90's when my mom passed her original copy on to me. I've gone on to read it so many times that I had to purchase a new copy so that Mama's didn't fall completely apart.
