I've owned these books for over a year. My mom bought them and read them and then passed them on to me. I put off reading them because I wasn't sure whether or not I was going to like them. I finally decided I had to read them simply because they were taking up valuable space on my bookshelf. I totally fell in love with Whiskey Sour by page three. Maybe earlier. I read the first four books in three days and am anxiously awaiting my request of Fuzzy Navel from the library.

J.A. Konrath created great characters. I really like Jack and Herb and Mary and Phin. And yes, even Harry. Sort of. I love the sense of humor that is splashed throughout the books even when Jack is up to her eyeballs in serial killers. Again.
