5 stars simply because a) this book is full of regular recipes that I will actually eat and b) almost every recipe is for 1 serving! Thank you Lisa for not making another cookbook full of recipes that I could use to feed a party of 10. I am a single woman looking for healthy meals and snacks without having to eat the same meal all week long. With other recipes I'd be stuck eating the same thing until I ran out or until I just got sick of it and threw the leftovers out! I also love that Lisa includes extra info in the book like how to shop and save, which substitutions to use, etc. I will definitely be using this book on a regular basis.
